"I arrived 10 minutes early for my dental appointment today, only to be informed by what seemed like the lead receptionist that my visit was set up as a direct pay appointment. Despite having insurance, the office decided to cancel and reschedule my appointment on the spot, citing insufficient time to update my insurance information. They offered me the option to proceed with the appointment only if I agreed to pay upfront and later seek reimbursement from my insurance provider. This experience was frustrating. After I informed the lead receptionist of my change in billing circumstances, her demeanor soured, and she delegated a subordinate to copy my insurance information, seemingly because she couldn't be bothered to address the situation herself. Her lack of empathy was further highlighted as I walked out, noticing her engaging in small talk with someone else, which made it clear she wasn't too busy to offer a word of understanding or support. This left me feeling extremely undervalued. While I appreciate the clinic's use of appointment reminders, which are incredibly convenient for keeping track of upcoming visits, I wish these reminders included notices about potential changes or actions required from my end, such as updating insurance information. This additional step in communication could significantly enhance patient preparation and avoid unnecessary delays or cancellations. Taking time out of my workday to show up for my biannual cleaning appointment should be valued more by the practice. It's essential for medical and dental practices to have efficient systems in place to handle administrative tasks promptly, ensuring patients receive the care they need without unnecessary stress or financial burden. I hope my feedback encourages the clinic to improve their procedures, communication, and how they value their patients' time and commitment. A more compassionate approach, especially from those in leadership positions at the front desk, would make a significant difference in ensuring that future patients do not encounter similar inconveniences. Everyone deserves to access their scheduled healthcare appointments without facing undue complications, especially when they've done their part by arriving on time and being prepared."

"I've been here a few times now that I have dental insurance through my school. This dental office is very nice! Always decorated and spacious. They have drinks and snacks available for clients and immediately greeted me and checked me in. Everyone was so kind and respectful. Dr. Gadia is the one that did my fillings and care, she was excellent! I didn't feel any discomfort and she took the time to make sure I was doing fine. Dulce, the dental hygienist was super sweet, and explained everything very well. I knew exactly where my cavities were and why I'd require certain procedures. She was careful throughout my cleanings and I was very relaxed watching the TV they have for the patients. Great experience for me, worth the drive!"

"Update: 03/28/23 want I cuz my lower left tooth was bothering me. I waited no more then 5 min to be seen. And another 5 for the dentist to show up. I was out like in 20min. Very kind and professional. The place is very clean too. Update: had to rest of my cavities done and Dr. Jo was very kind and nice. She was very detailed on what she is doing. So far I have no complaints. Very Perfesionall, and quick. No wait time at all."
