"There’s no good customer service anymore I’ve been to this brand national lube express but in south McAllen and the line for state inspection is separate than oil changes here I have to wait for 3 vehicles to get oil changes 40 min before someone will do my 10 min state inspection"

"I’ve been a client for nearly two years and they can’t say enough about how fantastic, fast, and attentive management and the rest of the staff are! Each time, the young workers have been very respectful, and always made me feel at ease. They do have a lobby where you’re welcome to wait or wait in your vehicle; nonetheless, wait time has never been an issue in my experiences. The staff has also been quite honest, even suggesting delaying the date for an oil change, because it still clean. I’m really pleased with the service and courteous staff!! Great job gentleman and Carlos! Before leaving I realized the staff had cleaned all of my windows and even filled up my windshield liquid tank! THANK YOU"
