"Took a lot longer than expected. Light about why it was taking so long. And then they were supposed to replace the transfer case motor and instead they just used a lot of bailing wire on both ends to cause it to shift into four-wheel drive. Will never take a vehicle there ever again. Shame on them for doing what they did. They we're also supposed to replace the seals and as you can see they are all leaking everywhere."
"Extremely honest and knowledgeable staff. The prices are much less than other service centers. And way much cheaper than the dealerships. And let us not forget Mr. Ben (service manager). Again he is extremely honest and goes out of his way to make sure our vehicles are taken care of. Overall the best car service in McAllen. Keep up the great job."
"3 stars ... OUT OF 10 Decent work on welding and labor. But absolute con up front. Never called to check prices before they started work, massively over charged (I had to go get the parts myself to bring costs down) didn't put new parts on and when I paid cash I had to borrow to pay their extreme fees they charged my card full amount anyway. Would have had to charge me TWICE to fix it and id be in debt for weeks. Complete mess. I regret trusting them."
