"I have a phobia of needles, I start to panic and have had past experiences where staff and doctors become frustrated with me and make me feel worse about my phobia. Today I got three fillings with the help and support from the nurses and doctor. I’ve never felt so safe when it came to putting the injection before they started on the fillings. They helped me decide what would make me comfortable and calm enough to get this done without making me feel bad about myself. I have no more pain and a little less afraid of needles thanks to the staff here. I am so grateful for this experience and will continue to receive treatment here for all my dental care"
