"Rude front desk staff, skilled in speaking "professionally" while being sarcastic and mean spirited. I had a filling done here on a canine tooth. The dentist filed it flat in the process. I made a new appointment, which I was being charged $285 to re-do the filling. (Total of $570). When I arrived I was told that because I missed their late afternoon call the day before, they should have canceled the appointment and but didn't as a favor. But next time they would give my appointment away. The late day call made calling back to confirm before they closed impossible. They do not serve clients without access to voicemail and do not offer any other method of appointment confirmation. That is especially insulting, after they have had to reschedule me three times on short notice because the dentist was suddenly unavailable. Expensive, unprofessional, and a waste of time."

Any questions you might have about your dental health, they will inform you. They are extremely skillful and very professional. Their personalities are superb. "I,am writing this review to warn other possible victims to the wrongful practice that is going on in this dental clinic. I seeked help for dental work in which I was greeted very professionally and was given a proposal and a quote for dental work in writing. I agreed to the quote and gave honest down payment and the balance was going to be financed through a company called Simple Pay. The work was started with a couple of fillings and some impressions. The day before my next scheduled appointment. I received a call from the dentist office that my dental quote was approved by a company called Simple pay finance but that the down payment required was that of double of what I was intially quoted. I was ask that I needed additional money down in order to proceed with my dental work. The explanation I received was a simple "we're sorry, but you need to give additional money in order to proceed". It is wrong for this dental office to quote a customer and hold them hostage for more that was not original agreed in writing. I then asked for a refund of my initial down payment. I was told I was not going to get a refund because there was lab fees that were due. Lab fees were also not explained to me other than the initial quote in writing that was given to me. I'am filing a complaint with the better business bureau of this dishonesty that is being practiced in this dental office. Sincerely Ricardo Diaz."
