"Where is the 0 stars button??? Called to inquire about an upcoming release. Female answered, very unprofessional. Didn't get her name but she seemed as if she did not want to be at work. I informed her about my situation and my brief conversation with customer service, the associate replied "ok, what you want". I sat in disbelief for a few seconds but decided not to get mad. I asked my question and got in return an answer that had nothing to do with my question and was told to call customer service. Seems like over the last few years of shopping with Jimmy jazz I've had horrible service and overall bad experience. In conclusion I nor anyone who know me will never shop with Jimmy jazz ever again."

I didn't know about the 14 days return policy and all I needed was a size up n I call customer service in which they was very nice n helpful but unfortunately they couldn't help cuz it was an in store purchase... I still have my receipt but just waiting on a response from Corporate and u got it no response n being waiting for an email r phone call for three weeks now... "If I could give these ppl here 0 stars I would. There is no customer service in this store at all. Workers walk right by you or your standing around to see if someone will help. One guy in there he was worried about brushing his hair he was talking to other guy about what girls he been pulling. Place is a disgrace I went around corner to Champs young man had better customer service then these other gentlemen which made me want to make a purchase there. Jimmy Jazz crew need to tighten up on customer service I see why ppl leave store empty handed"
