"Really nice place. It's more of a richy rich place, but it's the closest New Balance in my area. The employees were nice, they had nice and up-to-date shoes on the racks. The only thing to keep in mind is that the shoe you want may not be in store. You might have to order online."

"Went in to get a new pair of shoes and took over 5 minutes before I was even greeted with one other customer there. When this gal finally helped me she couldn't even bother to look at me when she was talking. Then when I asked for a size, she grabbed the shoes and just set them on the counter. Every other new balance I've been to they will actually lace them and put them on. This lady clearly had no interest in her job, terrible service. Walked right out and will buy my shoes elsewhere."

"I've purchased shoes before, and these staff at this store are really helpful. I was looking for a specific kind of tennis shoe and called over to see if it was in stock? They checked for the model and size and dis not have any. They noted the shoes were last year's model and are not carried in the stores anymore ... Sigh They checked their warehouse and found some there. They advised that if I came into the store, they could special order them and have them shipped directly to my home. I took them up on that offer and showed up, and paid. The order was placed, and the exact shoes I was looking for arrived at my house 7 days later. The location of the store is easy, and the staff is fantastic. What else is needed for a fantastic shopping experience."
