"Went in for oil change and Raul offered me a bottled water once i pulled in. I thought that was a very neat idea.The customer service was great, it took a little longer than i thought it would but it was because the guy was having trouble taking off the filter. (Apperantly last place i had gone to had tightened it way to tight. ) Luckily they were able to take it off and i was out of there fairly quick. This experience was fast, easy and very convenient. I will be coming here from now on, i highly recommend!"

"Went to do an oil change. Service was quick but lacked the other services that were noted on Invoice that were put as done. Air pressure check, top off fluids etc. Only reason I went was for the coupon. I won't be going back. I'm sticking g with Oil Changers Quick Lube!"
