"I love the owners; they are super nice and skilled. But overall, inconsistent results and prices. I've been about 20 times. There were about four times when I asked for a dip manicure and they forgot the manicure. An ex employee messed up my nails multiple times and burned me with the dremmel. Once, a color came out completely different than the swatch and I was really disappointed. Current employees have been pretty good, but I know I will always be seen roughly half an hour after my appt time. The nails I got last week are already chipping (dip powder with gel on top). I'll continue to go until I can find somewhere else that meets all of my needs."
