"I had been going here for years and loved it. The lady was very sweet and very professional. I went today and someone new is there and she did not even clean her hands. She is super rude and rough. She didn’t put anything on my shirt like they usually do so my jacket is full of hairs. She made me wait for her to finish talking with her friends before even acknowledging I was there to get a service done. Definitely will have to find a new place to do my eyebrows so disappointing they changed the lady that was there before. She was truly amazing."
