"I came in to have my VERY LONG hair freshened up a bit, layed, and was very clear that I wanted to keep my length. I am now on day 6 or bawling my eyes out because my hair was chopped so short for no reason. Like she could not wait to just do the opposite of what I asked for. She showed me in a mirror where in the back would be the longest length and it was perfect. Then proceeded to CHOP OFF 8 MORE INCHES! Long hair girlies DO NOT do it! I was very clear that I hadn't let someone cut my hair in over 3 years because this is what they did to me. She seemed very understanding and like she was going to be so careful and look at me now. It's so short I can barely wear a ponytail. I had to leave this review after much deliberation to warn people. I'm not trying to be malicious. What was done to me does feels malicious. All my birthday, Thanksgiving, and Christmas photos this year will feature this hair cut. I want to shave it all off when I look in the mirror. I am horrified and I can confidently say I will NEVER trust another person to cut my hair every again."
