"Went in today to get a shoulder cut with long layers. My stylist was too busy talking to her coworkers and complaining about other coworkers to pay attention to me at all. I ended up with an ear length bob that isn't even straight. It's so uneven I could cry. Horrible experience!"

"I had real long hair and I showed a picture to the stylist of what I wanted, it should have been easy medium length long layer's and no bangs. She cut my hair so short and un even. It looks like I have wings on the side of my head. It doesn't look right and she kept telling me I didn't need all that hair. She cut it the way she wanted not what I wanted. She said flat iron it or curl it, I tried that snd there is not enough hair in the back. I could cry. My son paid 36 dollars for something that looks like a kid cutting their hair for the first time."
