"I shop at Sally's frequently. They are always helpful and friendly and their store is always clean and nearly stocked with thing that I need. I am glad they are located close to where I live and I don't have to travel all the way to Jefferson Mell which is considerably further for me to drive to get what I need when Sally's is much closer. The problem with Jefferson Mall I'm just saying if I just need one item and don't need to go in other stores like pennies and different ones and sometimes if I do need to shop in the other stores I will drive since Jefferson Mall and I like the things they have out there but if I just want one or two things from Sally's that is closer to me than I shop there."

"I wouldn’t even give it one star but there isn’t a zero option. I used to love this store until the lady working today was extremely rude and talked down to me as if I were uninformed but on top of that she tried to pull an ole okie dokie. When I got home I realized I was missing two items I had been charged for so when I went back to the store with my recipe. The exact things I was missing was still laying on the counter when I said those are mine she tried to argue until she realized she was caught she said just let her have them so she’ll leave. Yeah nice try. I wonder how many other times she has tried to steal from costumers?!"

"The girl working was so rude. She followed me around the store the entire time, which is super annoying and offensive. I bought some sale items, hadn't even left the store with them when I realised the curling iron had no handle, tried to find the handle they dont sell it. So its completely worthless to me, I tried to return they said no. She wouldnt let me talk to the manager. I've never been treating so poorly in my life. I have the entire thing on video. I hope her job was worth a 10 curling iron."

"Called to see if they had a product in stock. The guy who answered wouldn't check saying because they have a smaller store they "PROBABLY" won't have it and to check another location. I asked if there was a Sally's at a specific location and his answer was "I don't know because I never get out of Valley Station and try Google Maps". Why not consider using an old fashioned thing called customer service and knowing a better response than you don't know?"
