"They don’t have plastic pedicure bowl covers and instead “rinse” the bowls with water and wipe down the seats with a wet (probably used) cloth. My water had things floating inside of it. The pedicure itself was fine, but the wait time and dirty water ruined the experience. My manicure was done fast and I still have pieces of hang nails sticking up. They also reuse the customers old flip flops! Mine had someone’s nail polish on it. I’m concerned that they aren’t washing the tools properly and will not return. I The lady was nice but I should have gone somewhere else."

"Ive never had a problem wit ms lei until now. Came in to get a fill in & nail fix. First she pulled the old nail off til it bleed.when i arrived i had a coffin set..she coffined some, squared some and they were all uneven ,shaped wrong & wrong color..my color was suppose to been nude.She charged $50 didnt even ask if i wanted gel( which was not a problem) but dont charge me for service i didnt request.Its overpriced for shabby work..sorry ms lei but i was disappointed!"
