"Walked in and the girls were behind the counter having a convo about one of the girls boyfriends and how she’s done and the whole situation. Never was I asked if I needed help nor did they ever step food from behind the counter or skip a beat in their conversation to acknowledge a customer."
"Girl working at 12 o’clock 6/14/2022 never greeted us or said a word. Until another lady came in and had a full smile and greeted her. It was a race thing. Period. She said she didn’t care to greet us and today was her last day so she really doesn’t care. She said her name was “Christina” but she wouldn’t say because she doesn’t care and her last day was today so talk to whoever we want too."
"I normally do not write reviews, but this was the worst customer service experience I have encountered. I went to go return a few items today, and Lauren was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I had made an online order and forgot my physical receipt. I did have the order email and confirmation on my phone to show her. She treated me with such disrespect. Initially she made a rude comment saying “all of this?” When I said yes and was trying to help her in any way possible, she kept mentioning over and over how it was going to take her a long time to enter everything in. She wouldn’t look me in the eye. I was trying to help her and yet her tone was just so harsh towards me. All I was trying to do was return a few items that didn’t work out for me! This is your job, and to treat a customer like that is absolutely unacceptable. I would also like to include that there was no one else in the store nor was there a long line of people getting ready to check out. In fact; there was no one behind me. Also, it didn’t even take that long. No more than 3-4 minutes, and yet she was acting as if I was such an inconvenience. This is absolutely unacceptable."
"I came in at 6pm today looking for a quick outfit. I found 1 shoe and couldn’t find the mate. When I approached the girl with the brown pony tail and asked if she could assist she went around the room for 30 seconds and mumbled “I have no idea.” She then put the shoe down on the counter, said nothing else, and went back to her work with the purses with little concern for the importance of helping me. I let the girl with blonde hair know I was disappointed and she at least showed she cared. I understand that I’m one customer and it’s two hours from closing but it’s a small boutique and the point is to provide personal service to a smaller customer group who enters the store. I’ve always had a wonderful experience at Francesca’s so this poor customer experience was shocking."
"I personally wouldn't talk about how excited you are about your new job you got at the Galleria at your current job. Also, one of the most awkward shopping experiences I've had is when it got quiet and the two girls didn't say anything to me until they told me my total. And I think with all the cute and classy things in the store, the girl behind the counter should find some paper to write notes on, rather than use her hand to remind her: "MATH". I would like to shop more but I don't feel comfortable in the store with the girls there."
