"I spoke with the owner Molly on July 18th and scheduled an appointment for Saturday July 22nd at 10:00 am! I was excited to finally get my hair cut and colored! However when I arrived at 9:50 am on Saturday the shop was closed! I called and it went straight to voicemail. The voice mailbox was full so I couldn’t leave a message. I sat there for 30 minutes thinking maybe she was running late. I called again still couldn’t leave a message. I left to get a drink and came back around 10:45 until 11. Still no one showed up for my appointment! Never received a call explaining why I was stood up for my appointment! I would never recommend this salon to anyone!"
