"Absolutely the worst. some of the techs are good, no problems but the other day I went and made an appointment with a friend and we ended up in salon for 3+ hours for a fill in and a set of sns. My nails turned out fine but the old man who did my friends was so rude and went off on her for no reason and also did a HORRIBLE job. Ended up getting a new tech to finish her nails, and she was trash talking us for over 10 minutes as well."
"Just now had a terrible experience. I’m guessing it was a newer person who did my nails because she had no idea what she was doing. Not happy that I spent $52 just for my gel polish to glide right off of my nails because she didn’t fully cover my nail in the clear coat. Not to mention my nails are uneven. They’re also not very friendly."
