"I had a disappointing experience at this eyebrows center. I went there for eyebrow lamination and tint, and they charged me $70 for subpar work. Unfortunately, my eyebrows don't match, and one of them was completely missed during the treatment. I still needed to use eyebrow gel to get the hair to settle, which defeats the purpose of lamination. I wouldn't recommend this place for eyebrow lamination at all."

"I had a very positive first impression as the space was clean and very well kept. I came in to get my eyebrows tinted and threaded. After I had left and looked on my mirror, I saw that my eyebrows were threaded unevenly. My left eyebrow had too much taken off of it from the top and it is hard to miss that it was shaped poorly. There was also just too much taken off from that same eyebrow on the underside of the arch and towards the bottom/tail end. I also noticed that there were a couple big hairs that were missed so I have to touch it up on my own. I felt quite rushed as the woman just started threading without asking me what I wanted and she didn’t give me a small mirror to check my eyebrows once finished. I wanted to love this place because of the positive reviews, but unfortunately I am upset with my visit because it will take quite some time for my eyebrows to grow back to normal. **I’m not sure how to respond to your message but I went to the location on Hurstbourne Pkwy and I honestly do not know which technician I had. I went today (6/18) at around 2 pm so hopefully that helps with finding out who was working that day."

"The place is nice, clean, and relaxing. Staff was very nice. They have you check your brows in a full length mirror and the lighting is not very bright, so I had a lot of missed hairs to take care of myself when I got home. A few customers came in asking for a "Dahlia or Delia" so maybe she's the one to see."
