"My husband needed his suit sleeves altered for his granddaughter's wedding. Since Kim had such great reviews, we assumed she would be ideal to do the job. Plus, her shop was located close to our home. But, we were very disappointed! One sleeve was noticeably shorter than the other . We were not the only ones at the wedding who noticed this mistake. After the wedding, my husband took the suit back and she would not correct it. She said "it was just the way he was standing"! For a charge of $50.00, we expected her to do a better job. Needless to say, we will not be using her services again!"
