"Could not get my hair right even with a pic!! & not just any pic it was of my when I had got my hair done correctly with another hair dresser, however even that on took 2 trips. All I ask for is highlights & cut just like the pic. HOW HARD CAN IT BE . I'll never go back. And she didn't offer to make it right. Guess I need to go to Louisville to get it right!!!
