"I have gone to Diva Nails consistently for well over a year now. I have always loved the value of service and experience that I have received here but it’s been very different lately. I sit with the same nail tech every time and she’s normally very nice and hospitable but has been nothing but snippy, angry, and rude the last 4 appointments I’ve had with her. She’s begun to put little to no effort into my nails and make me feel guilty for even wanting to make an appointment. I feel very disappointed as this was my go to salon and the place I would recommend all of my friends to go but I probably won’t be returning."

"Was really excited to try this place my friend told me they had great services and great prices. Went in for a pedicure and the older man who started on me seemed uninterested and not at all wanting to be there. He painted my toes and scraped the blue light on the wet polish, causing him to have to repaint them several times. Had to have another worker come and fix them. All in all my toes turned out okay but I’ve paid less for better quality and better service elsewhere."

"Was looking forward to trying this salon, but wasn’t impressed. My nails were quite sloppily done, and dip residue stuck all over the sides of my nails. Did not even clean up cuticles. The top coat of the dip already has scrapes on it (done less than 24 hours ago) Will not be back :("

"I LOVE this place!! After years of searching, I finally found my salon! They do a GREAT job, very reasonably priced, they go above and beyond!! What I mean by above and beyond… one morning I went in to get my nails done, during my session I started feeling a little sick to my stomach. I guess they could see it on my face and just went straight into doctor mode. They got me water, guided me to get air outside, had me eat a piece of candy… they checked in with me every few minutes to see how I was feeling. Thankfully the feeling came and went quickly… They ALWAYS make time for me and while I am there, they always make me feel loved!! Great Job!!! Best place to go on BOTH sides of the river!! -Jess"
