"My first visit was about a week ago. I was greeted by another operator who went to get my person. Not the most professional approach, but ok. I really like Rachel and the way she cut my hair. It looks great and I will have her do my roots soon. Give this place a try. They will likely improve after getting over the move. Again, Rachel is very professional."

"I've been a client of this salon since it's opening. I was a former client when it was Salon Delonjay and have been going to the same stylist there for over 3 years. Several of the former stylists remain. But, for the most part it is a brand new salon under the management of Mandy Knierman. I completely disagree with the negative review. I've received nothing but excellent service, and my hair looks better than it ever has. The staff is friendly, happy, professional, and down to earth. Going to my appointments is a more pleasant experience, and the atmosphere is much improved with the change in management and staff."

"I went the salon when it went under the name Salondelonjay. I found a great stylist and went there for several years. I called to make an appt to find out that 1.) Under new managment/ name change 2.) My stylist was gone 3.) A whole new team I was hesitant but made an appt with a new stylist. I walked in and there was no one at the desk. A young girl came up and asked what I was doing there? I told her that I had an appointment. She looked and said, "Oh." and I assumed went and told the stylist. I was not impressed. The young woman cutting my hair did not ask me very many questions and when she was done it didn't even look like my hair was cut. We discussed it and she said that she didn't have time to put any good products in. At that point I wanted to leave. She whips out her phone and asked for a credit card to swipe on it. Then reminded me that I could leave a tip on there but she had to know in advance so she could put the amount in. This is not an upscale salon like it use to be. The stylist did nothing but talk about how everyone didn't like the old place. I was a loyal customer for years. I will not be going back nor do I recommend it."
