I should have read reviews before visiting, but I wanted to try somewhere local instead of driving into Louisville but it would have been worth the extra time and fuel. Also a horrible smell of something rotted"

"Paid for manicure and gel. Manicure took every bit of 3 minutes. The female salon worker didn’t even push my cuticles back or trim them. She cut a hunk of skin out of my finger. Then the gel she applied didn’t cover my entire nails nor did the color cover. She should have added another coat. She didn’t take her time. Worst I've ever have."

"I have gone there 7-10? times over the past 2 years. I have always been very pleased, which is why I only go there, and I use one woman, whom I tip well. The time before last, she used a light blue gel color-changing polish (works on temperature) that was really unique. I didn’t see that color anywhere last time, but I asked if she had that again. I was very specific, but she eventually convinced me that what she put on would change to lighter. It didn’t. It was bright aqua, stayed bright aqua. I had an important court function the next day. I had to paint over them. They were also much longer than I had ever had and she was on her phone the entire time, although that never affected things before. I went back in a few days to ask her to fix them. She said I’d have to pay again for a full set. I told her I wouldn’t come back bc of this and I won’t."

"Okay so I quite literally just went in here not even a week ago (5 days ago) and one of my nails just popped off!!? I paid $50!!! This is ridiculous will NOT be going back here again, I would suggest you take your business else where"
