"Was rear ended by one of their drivers. It’s been over 7 months and still haven’t fixed my car. It’s takes forever to actually get ahold of anyone. Once you speak with someone they act as if they will help you but after a few conversations will completely ignore you. Haven’t spoken with someone from this company since April. Such a shady company and uses a horrible, non professional insurance company as well. I have tried for MONTHS to talk to someone and you can’t even get to a live person when you call. If it would allow me, i wouldn’t even give them one star."
