"Second time in a month I’ve come to this Boot Barn and second time in a month I’ve been disappointed. First time came on a Saturday morning around 11am to get boots for my kid and the entire kids boot section was scattered on the shelves and all over the floor. A sales associate came over and said they were doing inventory. Inventory!? On a Saturday during what I would guess would be their busiest shopping time. Left very disappointed. Came back today at 11:30am to buy a belt and to my surprise every single belt was turned backwards on the rack. You couldn’t see a single design without twisting each individual belt and then half the time in the process of twisting the belt to look at the design the belt would fall on the floor. A sales associate came by and asked if we needed assistance and when I showed her the belt problem she said they were doing inventory. She then turned eight belts around and walked away leaving the rest still facing backwards. What was so important that pulled her away leaving the job half done? Complaining to a male co-worker about her schedule. Once again, left very disappointed and this time will not be returning. Instead of wasting your time to go to a store that looks as if it was just looted, save your frustrations and go to NRS where the staff is always friendly and helpful, the store is always clean and orderly, and they never do inventory in the middle of the day."

"Despite some of the negative reviews here, I was pleasantly surprised with an excellent experience at Boot Barn. I came in looking for boots, but not knowing exactly what I wanted. Lahna was very attentive in helping me find a style and size that worked for me. She also helped me pick out jeans that I was happy with. The employees working the cash registers at checkout were also very friendly and helpful. Based on my experience, I'd recommend Boot Barn and will be back in the future."

"No one greeted my husband and I when we arrived. The male associate was very helpful to my husband, but when we went to go look at the women's boots for me, the female associate with dark brown hair kept hovering over us, going on every isle we were on like we were going to steal something. Felt kind of rude in my opinion."

"I ordered boots from the Alliance store and they were delivered to my home. I purchased these particular boots to go with an expensive dress I had picked out to wear for New Yrs Eve night with my husband. We went to the hotel to get ready. Went to get boots out of the box, and they sent the boots with the security sensor tag on them. Ruined my entire outfit and our dinner reservations. We had to drive and get another outfit. This night was also to be also a celebration night because I've lost over 100lbs and hubby and I have never been able to really go out for very long because before I was on oxygen 24/7. Now I am no longer on O2. BUT I went to the Alliance Boot Barn Tuesday January 2nd. Spoke to store mgr. (Didnt get his name) he was very understanding and apologized over and over. He took security tag off and gave me a % back off my boots to make it a little right. He was super nice under the circumstances. I will definitely shop at the Alliance store. Thank you Sir!"

"This happened at the Boot Barn in Alliance. I purchased the hat online and picked up just fine. The problem happened in trying to find out when the gentleman would be there that could shape and clean my new hat as well as my other 2 hats. I called 3 different times and was told by multiple females that the gentleman was not there and to call back. I did the first two times but on my third call I became frustrated after I asked “when will he be there” because I had called 2 different times and initially when I picked up my hat. They said the didn’t know and to call back. They said he has his own schedule and they didn’t know when he would be there. It’s pretty frustrating to keep calling and not receive any times or days to call and find out when he will be there. I’ve shopped many times there and honestly I don’t know if I will anymore. Very disappointed. Last time shopping here, I will gladly give my money to someone else."
