"Today was our first time we went to this location to look for shoes for my kids since we always went to the one that was inside Ridgmar mall before, but as soon as we walked in there were 2 young employees just sitting there never acknowledged us at all, asked if we needed help with anything. They the make guy was just looking at the tv and the female was just on her phone the whole time. That was very poor customer service in my opinion hopefully they can do better next time !"
