"I was told by several people that “rimtyme” was the best place to go to for wheel repairs but unfortunately that is far from the truth. I took my wheel there and all I asked was for one simple request “please have your welder call me before doing any repairs”. 2 weeks go by and come to find out “they must have lost my contact information” I find out by a personal friend what condition my wheel was in they told him to tell me it was ready for pick up, there was no communication as requested they decided to go on and have there “professional welder” do the repair without talking to me first as requested. Before the “repair” was done the bead was still set and it held full psi with no leaking now it holds no air and I’m out of a $600 + dollar wheel. Also there are several new scratches on the face of the wheel my guess is they don’t know how to respect people stuff. If you don’t want to end up like me don’t trust rimtyme like I did."
"Not happy with this place at all. Overcharged me for some knock off rims which made my whole drivers side go flat I waited literally 6 hours for them to fix my car while they were eating and walking pass my key picking it up and dropping it never again will I do business here. I don’t care where I got to find my tires from now on won’t be here. Very rude & unprofessional even came before the shop open because I didn’t have an appointment & still got mistreated over having unexpected flat(s) & then charged me $180 a piece for both tires even though I just purchased the tires & rims from them 2 weeks prior after paying full price for the tire I had to come back and ask them to exchange one still because it kept goin gf back flat. SAVE YOUR MONEY and go somewhere who CARES. 4 days later STILL CATCHING FLATS ABD MY SUSPENSIONS ARE NOW MESSED UP. SAVE YOUR MONEY I SWEAR!!!!!!!"
