"I brought my Subaru in under emergency conditions on a Friday afternoon at 3:45. The service advisors were kind, supportive while listening to what turned out to be an issue that needed immediate attention with the car. They called me a few hours later, and said it should be repaired the next day- Saturday. They were relentless in calling Carmax (on Saturday) to have them search for their copy of our contract. We picked up the car in early Saturday afternoon. The people at Subaru kept in touch with us the entire time. I will always buy a Subaru as for all the years I have owned it, there have been no repairs. I also very much appreciate the kind support of the service advisors, and the waiting room with all its amenities."

"Experienced technicians. I've been coming to this service dept for several years and technicians are reliable. I've gotten great service from some advisors. An area for improvement is customer communications. They have switched to a text system for updates, which is great, but it's impossible to get a timely response. When staff are out, there's no follow through or timely communication with customers. I've observed this a few times, which is frustrating. I will happily update my review to five stars once customer service improves."

"$140 for a software update Added context: this is a process which involves plugging a flash drive into the vehicle, and pressing a couple buttons on the head unit. (I read the official service bulletin). It is immoral and highly capitalistic to hold software updates ransom like that. Furthermore, the files necessary to update the head unit are not publicly accessible, despite the head unit running FOSS (free and open-source) software. This is completely separate from the software and hardware which governs the vehicle’s driving assist functions. Also, I was told by a Subaru of America representative that the service center would update it for free, but upon arriving to the appointment, I found out otherwise. (Update: The business has responded to my review in a professional and polite way. I appreciate it. I will reach out to the email provided, if only to explain my situation and possibly seek mutual resolution.)"

"We bought our 2019 Subaru accent from them. They were more than willing to give us amazing care. It didn't take long to get appointments and they were very knowledgeable and found a interesting idea for my seatbelt extension idea without deactivating the airbags :-)"

"I wanted to share a positive experience that my wife had at Quantrell Subaru Service. She worked with John Cornelison (Service Advisor) who was professional, kind, knowledgeable most importantly helpful. We recently purchased a used Subaru Legacy for our 16 year old son from another dealership, Pinnacle Ford, which had an open recall. Soon thereafter, we took the Subaru to Quantrell to have the recall completed. As Mr. Cornelison, was completing the recall, he found several problems with our recent purchase from Pinnacle, including an oil leak, a brake fluid leak and malfunctioning headlights. None of these problems were revealed to us by Pinnacle Ford when we purchased the car. If it weren't for Mr. Cornelison, my son could have been put in a dangerous situation. We are grateful for him and the team at Quantrell Subaru Service and will continue to use them for our Subaru service needs."
