"I found the exact car I have been looking for at Lexus of Louisville, put a deposit down, and traveled from Wisconsin to pick up the car, all in a matter of days. Overall, the sales experience was excellent from top to bottom. Matt Powers is someone I would recommend if you are thinking of buying from Lexus of Louisville in general, but especially if you are buying from out of state. Matt is relaxed in that easy southern way while also being highly efficient and competent. He gave me tremendous peace of mind buying from out of state, communicated regularly, and is a really good-natured and amiable guy to boot. My sales experience could not have been better or smoother. 5 stars ++ for Matt. Chelsea also was a star getting the paperwork completed in short order and at answering all my questions. Including the test drive, I was at the dealer maybe an hour before I left, keys in hand! The dealership did send me off without registering the tire pressure sensors after they replaced the tires, so still working with them to get this resolved so the system works properly. It's a pretty simple fix. Other than that, I love the new car and we made it back to Wisconsin perfectly. UPDATE: Matt and the service team reached out with solutions for the tire pressure system, and I am confident they will stand with me to get it all sorted out. Buying this car with this team was the best decision I could have made. 5 star experience all the way. ✨️"

"This is the seventh time I've taken my Lexus RX in for regular maintenance. This is the first time I've had a terrible encounter with the service, and Hunter Hamilton was my service representative. Because of this person, I chose not to return to the dealer for servicing. I scheduled the servicing, including for the loaner car. Upon my arrival at my appointment, I was assigned Hunter Hamilton as a service representative. He was scheduling the 70,000-mile service, but I had to switch it to the Oil & Filter service. He informed me that I would not be able to obtain a loaner car, which was only accessible if I went for a full 70,000-mile service. When I inquired about the rationale, he said that the policies had changed. Previously, I had always received a loaner car for any maintenance services. The entire communication process was quite uncomfortable. I wasn't aware that the basic tire rotation was not part of the Oil & Filter service, and I had never asked this explicitly during my previous service. When asked, he stated that I hadn't mentioned it and that it would cost extra. It would be much better if service representatives could engage with customers on any specifics and the quote before signing in. During the process, I also reported that my passenger-side wiper blade arm would leap when I switched it on. This issue had it in prior servicing, after they were tightened, it worked well. After the post-inspection, he came up and stated that the entire arm needed to be replaced. He also stated that he looked at his service history records and discovered that the passenger wiper issue had never been noted previously and that it was a driver-side arm. I informed him that the drive-side arm was never an issue and was always on the passenger side. He abruptly turned his screen to show me. I didn't argue with him because my earlier receipts were not readily available. After returning home and reviewing them, the remarks highlighted the passenger side arm and the service that they provided. This definitely indicates that he made a few changes."
"Scheduling via phone was easy and the person who took my call was very knowledgeable about what specific things went in to the mileage interval service. They also ensured I would receive a loaner vehicle during my cars stay. I did have to reschedule my original appointment due to weather and that process was made easy as well. Upon arrival to my appointment I was assigned to Hunter as my service rep. When checking in there was a mix up on my appointment schedule but Hunter was able to accommodate me without a hitch, even though I wasn’t showing in system. They even were still able to honor the loaner vehicle. Hunter was friendly, knowledgeable and quick to communicate throughout my experience. During the service process there was an additional recommended service that came up post inspection that was pretty pricey. Hunter was very communicative and worked with me on getting the price down below the initial quote which made me feel like they empathized with my situation and valued me as a customer more than absolute profit margin. Overall, I’d rate the customer service an A+ and left felt confident my vehicle was well taken care of. I’ve had many premium vehicles over the years and my service experience here was amongst the best. I would totally recommend Lexus of Louisville to anyone needing their vehicle serviced. There are 2 small things that would have made my experience even better: 1) payment by app, 2) a more thorough vacuuming of the interior post maintenance. Overall, though, it was still 5 stars for me."
