"Dishonest. Unprofessional. Thieves. Not abiding by industry law. Rude. Wouldn't provide tow ticket or explain charges/correct overcharges. Their limited schedule resulted in extra charges and days without my truck. Not open on weekends or after 5pm. Didn't open on time today and I suspect that's the norm there. Good luck getting your car if you work. I understand a towing company in a small town may be short on work and I feel for that. But it's not my fault or responsibility. Just because they steal as a 'business' doesn't change the fact that they're stealing. And the people they're robbing are customers who will have little choice but to pay if they want their car. Disgusted. To be overcharged and have to pay nearly 400.00+ extra for bs fees and charges in order for them to make some money...pathetic."
