Reviews
"The app said my order was ready at 6:30. When I got to the store, my order was still being prepared and I waited an extra 30 or so. The subs we ordered from here tonight were just horrible. All the kid subs were wrong, the two six inch were not as requested. One of the footlongs sub roll seemed dried out before toasted it seemed like and the other footlong was wrong and just didn't taste right at all."
"Absolutely horrible to see the latest I went in and be worn of the employee silver she was extremely rude and is extremely racist. Nice to know the management won’t do anything about it being as I still see her in there making sandwiches that look like dog food even a Dog wouldn’t touch it. just the smallest look at her or even say anything to her about remaking it and she will go off and talk about you to other customers behind your back so be warned."
"I never had a bad thing to say about the quality of food or staff from this store. My problem is there's currently a NATIONWIDE campaign to buy one foot long, get one free, offer good thru May 15, 2023 Not at this store... I couldn't get it thru the app, or in person. I was flat out told by the cashier to go somewhere else. So, I had to go to a different Subway 5 miles up the road to get the promotion. That's just unacceptable."
"I placed an online order to wrong store. Yes my fault. But when called to see if I can cancel very rude. Didn’t even ask my name for order to verify just said we already made so can not cancel and no refund with an attitude. We just ended up picking up order at second location so had lots of subway. but they really need to work on customer service. I understand I made the mistake but the way they said we already made it and I can not cancel with an attitude was uncalled for. Just a simple “I am sorry unfortunately we already made the food and unable to cancel order” don’t have to be so rude."
"Just wanna take a moment and say that I have always had a good experience here until today. The older woman working today at lunch time (12p) was incredibly rude (like usual), but today blew me away because she was especially rude to other staff right in front of customers. There was a new guy (young guy with dreads, sorry I didnt see his nametag) who was super nice and was in training and obviously trying to learn. Every chance she got, the woman was super rude to him and instead of helping him and explaining things she was talking as if she was highly annoyed at everything he did and at one point even announced to customers very loudly that she was "sorry" about him because he was new. I felt terrible for him. He made my sub and was afraid to even talk loud because the lady. I hope he sees this and I hope that he doesnt let people like that get to him and I hope the managers here rethink who they allow their new hires to work with, especially for training."
