My brakes went out in my 2016 Ford Fusion, I had an appointment at another auto repair shop closer to home as I was driving in the rain without brakes. The other place where I was told to bring it in today turned me away without brakes in the rain. I drove to Paul Miller and even though they were backed up and I did not have an appointment, they took my car in and got me a ride home safely. "Came early and was redirected to another CS rep... she was rude and had a slight attitude. I informed them something came up we need the car sooner and she was getting an attitude with me . When I left is when she tried to be nice but bad experience cost 57 for an oil change. Not too bad."
