Subway 1050 Sunland Park Drive, El Paso, TX 79922

"This place use to be so good before a rude, hard tempered, aggressive and disrespectful manager was there. I remember a couple months back the employees working there use to be so nice and attentive to all costumers. I wonder what happened to this place they need their old crew back. I don’t know why there is a drive thru if they only have one person running the store, obviously employers and corporate overworking their employees. Heard they are closing, that’s what they deserve. And to Jackie from corporate pay your employees better!!! DO BETTER!!!! AND BRING SWISS CHEESE BACK"

"I initially rated this restaurant on a low score low score and submitted a reply to Subway's corporate office. I got a initial robotic response from the main office from a name Jacqueline however after multiple correspondents she never replied back with any kind of respons. The initial robotic response Was to apologize for the experience and to offer a compensation/incentive of coupons to that Subway. However, after replying with the necessary information several times I have yet to receive a response and that initial correspondence was over a month ago I would not recommend this Subway unless you're going for just a salad bowl."

"This location has terrible service. They never have enough staff. I've gone on several times and I have on had to translate to person making sandwiches because he spoke no Spanish and all the people ordering in the line only spoke Spanish. Also, when I replaced chips for the cookies they forgot our cookies but because it was to go I didnt go back. Then today there were were 2 ladies. Unfortunately they had no meatballs but they do not close til 8pm. I dont know who was the supervisor but definitely the very tall lady refused to give me her name ( was not wearing name tag eirher). when I asked to speak to Supervisor. Obviously they do not care about the customers needs of having food ready. So I told them I was leaving to eat somewhere else."

"Visited on a Sunday afternoon and was the fourth or fifth person in line. There was only one worker working so it was very slow. But before that i went to the drive thru and waited but didn't hear anything so i drove around and decided to go inside and that's when I saw only one person was working. He was friendly and gave me extra bacon on my Chicken Bacon ranch sub. Store was clean and all the tables and chairs were packed up because of covid."

"Absolutely the slowest SUBWAY I have ever experienced. They never have enough employees working (1 only). You will sit in the drive through for 15-20 minutes just to place your order. Almost never have a complete selection of breads. Soda machine is always empty and even non functioning. Someone needs to open another Subway franchise in the area and show this one how to conduct business."
