"Not this location but they ruined one of my cars by forgetting to add oil. Then said they didn't have video of the oil change and because of my vehicles age the oil must have leaked out even though I never had an oil leak!"
"We came in on Christmas Eve and I was half way expecting them to be closed because of the snow and ice on the road. We needed a new battery and when they didn’t have the type of battery needed for my car, they went to another Valvoline to pick it up!! They could have just said no, they didn’t have the battery. Instead, they proactively offered to go out in below 0 degree temperatures on icy roads on Christmas Eve to go get the battery from a different Valvoline while I waited in my car. I wish I could give them 10 stars.. this was so above and beyond any customer service experience I have ever received anywhere. Will never go anywhere else!!"
