"Thought when you get an oil change it was standard that you check the tire pressure too. Not a big deal but hey I would’ve appreciated it if you had just asked me. I would have had you put 5lbs in each tire so I didn’t have to in the cold. Really the (cold) was only reason I paid you to change my oil anyway & you’re Way-Over priced for the little you actually did by the way. Probably won’t be coming back. Suggestion: You might consider modeling your customer experience / product offerings off a national chain like Valvoline. If you had suggested a front & rear diff fluid flush I would have said yes ( but wasn’t offered). The cost today wasn't even a concern when I pulled in, crossed my mind when almost done but I didn’t ask & I was never even told how much until oil change was completed. $98+ and I supplied my own oil filter too. Someone missed a couple opportunities to add more money in your pocket. Hey maybe I’m wrong maybe you only do oil…"

"Both guys were soooo very nice to me (a boomer). They were very professional and told me what they noticed with my car while changing the oil. I was very surprised when they topped off all my fluids. Didn't know that was part of the deal. I got a veteran discount too. Will definitely go back."
