"Stopped by to have my oil checked and I was immediately greeted by Kendall. Super helpful and honest. He checked my oil and me know It was .my power steering fluid that was low. Topped it off for me and I was on my way. Returned to have the source of the leak and it was immediately identified by Matt. Parts were ordered and my car was ready the next day."

"Kind people. The craftsmanship is to be questioned. This location broke my glove box. I've had it happen in the past here and other locations so I usually refuse filter replacements. The convenience of oil change businesses has become inconvenient. I specifically asked them not to break my glove box and what do they do? I spoke with someone about my issue at this location. No progress so far. Just change your own oil and filters."

"Arrived at Jiffy Lube with my hood smoking and immediately was directed to pull into bay. Turned vehicle off and Robert and Dalton got me all fixed up! I had no clue my cabin air filter needed to be changed but Robert pulled it out and showed me the filth. Apparently it’s never been changed, it was 10 years old and disgusting! I have visited several other valvolines, etc and never once have the offered to change it. They changed my oil, filled my antifreeze reservoirs, filled my tires, did the whole deal and resolved the smoke coming from under my hood! Robert also vacuumed out my car, which was very shocking to say the least! He stated that’s part of their job, which was news to me! Best service I’ve ever received from any sort of automotive shop like this! I will definitely be back and encourage family and friends to swing by this location for their maintenance needs! Thank you guys for the exceptional customer service and attention to detail!"

"I would recommend anyone to come here. One of the employees that work here that goes by the name of Dalton picked me up from my school to take me to where my car was sitting at (Verizon) because it cut off in the middle of the street. They gave me a new battery and got me back on my feet to head to the shop so that they could begin working on my alternator. I really appreciate the help from all the employees!! Yall should stop by and give it a try"
