The technician stated that is just their creative way to say conventional oil. Oh really?!! I e reached out via their number and also on the text they sent rating my experience with no response. Since I wanted a synthetic blend ($29.99 coupon)and that wasn’t an option, I had to opt for the full syn at $89.99. Then they tried to charge me for an oil filter. 0 ⭐️’s. Never again."
