"If I could leave a zero star I would, I had my car towed to them in February, it’s now July, and I am just now getting my car away from them, he charged me $640 for water pump repairs, every time I called they gave me the run around, said they would call me back and wouldn’t, kept telling me it will be tomorrow, he kept saying he was working on it, just pure B.S. i wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, then he had the nerve to say he would do some more work on my car, I have never seen such unprofessional work, the guy has way too many cars on his lot with him being the only mechanic, I can imagine how many people are just as furious as I am, a lot of the cars are still in the same spot like mine was for 4 months."

"I gave them my truck to repair in May. It’s almost November n every time I ask about it I get the run around. He tells me come back in two weeks every time I come up there. He got his money up front. I’m about to go get my truck and my money at this point. I would not recommend."

"I was referred to Mike and told he did good work. I needed my AC repaired and my rotors done on my 2012 Accord. He took my car Wednesday morning and told me it would be a day tops. A day later he calls and says he can’t fix the AC bc he doesn’t know how to replace the ECM(computer). Then says he needs more time bc the calipers and brakes were two different sizes on the front tires(easy fix). Then proceeds to tell me he can’t work on it Friday bc he has some stuff he has to do. Calls me Friday night at 7pm and tells me it’s ready to be picked up. I go Saturday morning to pick up. I call text and knock on shop door and NO ANSWER! I drive all the back into town 30min and he calls back and says he was there the whole time! Then get the bill and he charges me $500! Extremely Unprofessional and is on his own time frame! Kept my car for 4 days to change brakes and rotors and didn’t even fix the AC! TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY! Should’ve taken my car to Michael Mudd front the jump!"

"This is the worst experience of my life. These people CARE NOTHING about the people who drop their cars off to them. They had my car for 6 MONTHS, was giving money upfront AND still did not fix the problem as they had no idea what was wrong with it. I eventually had to pay to get my car back and with im ONE day another more professional mechanic found the problem. Mike, his dad and his mom care nothing about their customers and are just there to take money from people!"
