The staff quickly provided me with an estimate and also showed me the areas that needed repair, along with a fair quote for the amount of work required. Although the repair took a little longer than expected, it was understandable as I was a walk-in. Moreover, the main mechanic working on my car noticed an additional area that required maintenance and fixed it as well. Overall, I was pleased with the quality of work done in a reasonable amount of time and at a great price. My Subaru is running quietly now."

"A speed bump damaged my muffler on my Lincoln Town car yesterday. Hi-Way Muffler to rescue. It's first come first serve. So get there early before they open. Went this morning, I was third in line. My car was pulled in the bay and done within 15 to 20 minutes. New muffler, clamps & minor adjustments for an excellent price. These guys are great and hilarious! Excellent customer service! Kudos to Doug the owner and especially mechanical specialist Stevie Ray who did the repairs! He's like a Ninja lol Fast and precise! The best muffler shop in Louisville."
