"I’ve been wanting to go to a new dentist but didn’t know where to put my trust into. I put it off for a bit but looked around and this place had great reviews. I was able to get in the following week which was surprising & great as I really wanted to get in. All of the staff members were very welcoming & made me feel comfortable during my first visit. I like how the office looks, it’s small and simple which is perfect for me."

"I do not recommend this dentistry at all. I first came to get a cleaning, and during this cleaning they advised I had an area they wanted to take a closer look and that I might need a root canal. I have had cavities in the past but never thought I would need a root canal. They scheduled me an appointment. Day of, I am required to pay for the entire operation up front. I asked why, when they weren’t even positive I needed one. For insurance purposes I had to. They said if I did not get the root canal I would get a credit back. Seemed odd to me, but I tried to shake the feeling. Once I was in the room, they said I needed to fill out paper work and sign to consent to the root canal. I was against this because they were still NOT EVEN SURE I NEEDED ONE? At this point I keep refusing to sign it until they find out I actually need one. The dentist comes in after this and starts bullying/threatening me to sign the paperwork and if I didn’t lawyers and insurance could get involved. I’m young, naive, was scared and in the moment I signed the paperwork…they did in fact give me a root canal and to this day I have a gut feeling I never needed it. I should have walked out the instant I felt uncomfortable and regret it to this day. They are in it for the money."

"Dr. Hendrix was thorough in her exam. She not only reviewed procedures but the education behind it which I really appreciated. The front staff was very friendly and introduced themselves when I walked. Cathy also went over the procedure and the costs. They also take dental plans which is a plus."
