"My truck went in for oil change and spark plugs when I got it back they put the wrong plug wires on so it was spark knocking and missing bad and service engine light was blinking also they didn’t fill my oil all the way up it was quart low I will never use this auto shop again ever they incompatant and they took 2 weeeks to fix my truck never offered a refund the mechanic said he not a real good mechanic. This is the worst shop I’ve ever been to"

"I’m from out of town doing a travel contract in the area. Hit a raccoon and armadillo within an hour of each other. Noticed something hanging down from the front underside of my car this morning. Called FTW when I got off work this morning and they let me bring it right in. All the guys were super friendly! They gave me the options and did a very good job taking care of the minor damage, very quickly and inexpensively! Highly recommend!!"
