"I just called to see if I could get help with my fiancé’s lost engagement ring. It was left at The Moore Dental office right next door. We live over an hour away from that location, and have been calling the Moore’s office to only hear their phone line has been disconnected. Their office is right next door, and they answered me saying they are not affiliated with the Moore office in any way and therefore will not pass on the message about my fiancés missing engagement ring on. We only want to have our friend pick it up, but we can’t contact them to let them know that. So sorry you have a busy morning at your desk job where you are supposed to help people. I know this isn’t a typical problem, but it would only take you 5 minutes at most of your time to walk over to their office with a note relaying my message to them, so that we can get our ring back. Thanks so much!!!"
