"Dr. Lee Jaeun and Rose are FANTASTIC!!!! I had had my left front tooth bonded until it wouldn’t hold it anymore, right before Christmas. I won’t say I’m vain but I’m very CONCERNED with how I look! They made a temporary cap that looked better than my original and a cap that was so perfect she didn’t have to adjust or file it all!!! The color match was spot on!! She is a perfectionist and goes out of her way to make you feel pretty with your smile! Rose is great and keeps me entertained and calm! They are fabulous, everyone there is, Go see Dr. Lee she’ll make you feel better about your smile!!!"
"I was giving $1500 for any and all cost as long as provider was in-network. I researched and made my appointment. This was in the days of masks so I never even saw my dentist face. I received a bill for approximately $250. I had $1500 and got x-ray, and my plate fixed. I owed money? The receptionist madey next 2 appointment with a different doctor who wasn't in network. They want meto pay for their mistakes. I even worked and was comped almost $200 and took it to them. I do not feel o owe anything, their receptionist do for not checking network , correct? They still bill me monthly. I want them to take me to court! I think I'm scheduling another appointment there because my Tenncare now cover dental! Lol their work was good, their receptionist shouldn't be trusted and be careful if someone else does your paperwork or appointments"
"I had a wonderful experience at this dental office. The never have to wait beyond my appointment time to be seen. My hygienist, Carlie, is phenomenal. She explains everything to me before, during, and after my appointment."
"Save yourself time and trouble. Dental care is adequate at best. Had to get a crown placed twice bc it was cemented incorrectly the first time. They wanted to save time and keep from having to numb me up to remove it, and asked me to chew on a jolly rancher to try to get it out myself in the chair. Beyond that the service that I ultimately required was 1/3 of what my insurance company approved nonetheless, they took 50% of what I would have to pay on that amount and refused to reimburse me despite multiple calls and proving to them with paperwork from the insurance company that the 1/3 amount due to them was approved and in process by the insurance company. I was not only denied a refund until they get the check and cash it but chastised for calling to ask about the status of the refund. Finally — had no idea they didn’t do implants— given that my treatment plan had decent probability I’d need an implant- you’d think they’d mention it during the consult. 10/2/23 The generic apology comes after three calls to recoup the overpayment I made — bc my service was downgraded and I over paid on 50% deposit. The correction should’ve been made immediately but instead one month later and 10 days after you have been paid by my insurance company you continue to deny to refund me 150 I’m due which your staff very rudely told me all three times that ‘it is not your policy to return money to a patient until you have received payment from insurance’. Despite that BCBS approved at 50% prior to the work. Instead of asking me to call you why don’t you call me and tell me when you will be sending me a check?"
"I left a review about a year and a half ago and my opinion really hasn't changed. I let me anxiety get to me and didn't return after a year. I finally went back in earlier this year, got new xrays, and a filling done same day. Never did they shame me about waiting so long to come back. I have pretty damaged teeth due to celiac, and he gave me the option to try to save some or just pull. It was -my choice-. We made more appointments for some extractions in a few weeks. However things didn't go as planned and I broke one of the teeth set for extraction, my back upper molar. No pain thankfully. I was able to call the next morning, come in, be seen, and Dr. Tom was able and willing to fit me in at the very end of the day. I had no pain, so I was willing to wait. Never had an extraction like this before and I was nervous. Made sure I was numb before doing anything, told me the plan and narrated what he was doing. Even showed me the tooth and educated me on some things I didn't know before. I have special care instructions due to tooth roots entering my sinus cavity, and Dr. Tom answered every single question I had about it. I am able to keep my scheduled appointment for another extraction. I feel a lot better about that one now that I've been through it once and the worst part was the numbing shots. Pain afterwards is pretty manageable with advil. Thank you Dr. Tom and everyone. I'm usually really scared of the dentist, but I've had nothing but good experiences from this place. Even if I'm nervous when I go in, I know I'll be good care when I do."
