"Had more than one horrible experience with this company. Big A is one of worst drivers to deal with. He is rude. Arrogant. And tried changing price on us last min. Seems very scandalous.. He also ripped off our bumper on a previous vehicle he towed months prior. And our second experience was no better. He didn't even strap the car down. Just drove it on the deck and took off like a crazy person. I also learned that pauls towing is the same company and owned by same person. Be very aware of these people. And if you use them. Make sure to film or document everything"

"The only reason I gave this business one star is because zero stars isn’t an option. Beyond unprofessional. They gave a person whom isn’t even on the vehicles title permissions without even consenting me at all. They offered to buy my truck at scrap price from someone who doesn’t in any way own the vehicle. Then they removed my vehicle from their shop without notifying me at all. Then towed the truck off their property without my consent. When I finally got an answer from them they literally hung up on me. Not only did they lose my business and an opportunity to make a decent amount of profit from fixing the engine as we had discussed in The beginning but they also made personal slander against me to one of their employees. They are the worst private sector business I’ve dealt with in my 38 years."

"My car wasn't running properly. I coasted into Glen's parking lot. They came out with a little machine. The gentleman told me what was wrong with it, and then he proceeded to pull it around and got right to work on it. I was back on the road in a little over an hour!!"
