"The floor operations needs to be better with inside and to-go orders. I waited 15 minutes in a line while the line behind me gets bigger, I come up to order and then the server stops and decides to fill four to-go orders while we continue to have wait."

"The manager was very patient with the new staff she was training and was not only getting online orders handled, the new team pushed out an after work rush. That's what impressed me the most. Food was okay, portions were generous, fountain drinks were cold, dining room was clean."

"The Brisket bowl was delicious! The queso was awesome also. The workers were friendly. The atmosphere is okay for a fast food place. Could be better and could be worse."

"So came yesterday and got a take out. First of all the steak was almost out so they shorted me on the steak. Besides going to get another container they moved my plate down the line. Once I got to the register Aubrey was working and she rang everything up. I had my bowl and 2 and 4 oz cups on the side. I had to ask for a bag. Not sure why I wasn’t offered a bag like what food place do you go to where you don’t get a bag. Then my friend was behind me once he paid she moved onto the other guest getting his payment and my friends stuff wasn’t put in a bag and I kept saying he needs a bag and she didn’t even acknowledge it so he just grabbed his stuff. He didn’t want to make a scene and he is a very quit person. The customer service at this facility sucks so be prepared."

"Stopped in for a quick lunch with family. My Mom is allergic to a lot of foods which makes things tricky but the manager personally made her bowl and verified cross contaminations and everything. Very impressive service! Food was tasty and fresh, too."
