"I didn’t start out trusting service departments at auto dealerships and for Watermark’s Bluegrass BMW to gain my trust they really had to earn it. Between Jacob in the service department and Aimee in sales they have done just that. Even though I bought my vehicle when I lived in Texas, they have treated me as though I bought it there. I don’t mind paying a little more to get excellent, consistently reliable service but I don’t have to with Bluegrass. They have competitive prices and aren’t shy about telling me if I don’t need to do something. "Anne in customer service was outstanding as well as the service crew. I had a minor problem with my sunroof and they went out of their way to make sure it was fixed correctly to my liking. They were all very patient and understanding in trying to determine the problem and they got it corrected. This is a very good team at the Paducah facility."

Service on a BMW is not cheap but I definitely prefer to have service on my ultimate driving machine performed by certified BMW technicians.
