"Ralf is an absolute treasure. He is upfront, honest, knows what he’s doing and goes above and beyond to help you. I broke down on my way back to Nashville from a dead alternator and was recommended to go to him as it was a Sunday evening and he very kindly took his time (on Super Bowl Sunday!) to help me. Within a moments notice he went and found an alternator, drove to pick it up himself, and let us come straight to him to replace it in a very timely fashion. He was transparent through the whole process and was super helpful with questions I had in the days following about other issues my car had that needed addressing. If he were in Nashville he would be my go to guy!"

"I cannot thank Ralf enough for his expertise, kindness, and quickness. On a 12 hour roadtrip we stopped in Paducah for lunch and gas. After getting gas, the car wouldn't start and wouldn't start even when we walked to AutoZone and got a new battery. Uh oh. It's the starter and that thing was DEAD. To make matters worse, it was a Sunday when hardly any mechanics are open. Luckily Ralf WAS. He was the most communicative mechanic I have ever had, which was so so important and helpful for us as we figured out this stressful situation. He was also very reasonably priced to boot!
