"I originally made an appointment in Sept. It was for a free consult. I had to cancel due to the fact that I had to have surgery. When I made my new appt. I was not told it would cost $94.00. I told the young lady that I set my appointment with I did not want an x-ray nor a cleaning, just a consultation. When I arrived I was told I had to have an x-ray. Just call me stupid. I can't believe you want $94.00 for an x-ray. Please refund my $189.00."
