I needed to get back into a routine of having my cleanings every 6 months. She assured me she would work with my anxiety, even for a cleaning. My appointment was painless and zero anxiety! "Dr. Brown was FANTASTIC...... personally i liked Dr. Calvert. We had been there 7 times with no problems then SOMEONE made a mistake with the billing and billed the wrong insurance. My 16 year had part of a molar break off. We have been waiting since Oct to get in bc the Dentist had a baby, congrats..... Anyway the very nice (lol) receptionist just called and told me if i didn't have 260.00dol to pay for the mistake someone made then not to bring my daughter in for her appointment in the morning. GREAT DENTIST, HUH. The insurance co is trying to fix the mistake they made It does not happen overnight. We have been going there for 7 months ALWAYS PAID what our insurance doesn't cover And since when is it 260dol to get 1 cavity filled. I told them i could make a 50dol payment towards the mistake they made, but Dr. CALVERT SAID NO SHE WILL NOT HELP MY CHILD THAT HAS A TOOTHACHE She's not like these dentist that have been practicing a long time, she fills the cavity herself which i loved. It's one week after Christmas. We do not have that kind of extra money right now This shows they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENT ONLY THE MONEY. One more thing. The receptionist keeps telling me she did nothing wrong with the billing, i don't do the billing The insurance co said she put something in wrong Then she argued with me that Medicaid was out primary and our private insurance is our secondary. Smh. We all know that's backwards. Word of mouth goes a long way and i work with a company that employees 600 ppl. Im going to make a post now on my work page. I have a big mouth. Shame on you for turning down my child with a toothache bc you want money. We've always paid......."
