"I have been looking for a dentist for years. The few I did find had no compassion especially for an elder woman with no teeth. I haven't smiled for years. I found Dr Chavez through my insurance, that is how meet Dr. W. and staff. They are the most amazing group of people. And with so much compassion. When Dr. W fitted me with my new dentures she made me feel whole. Thank you to all of you God Bless you all."

"Horrible service!!!!! Staff was extremely RUDE and disrespectful towards my grandmother. Using comments like “disgusting” and refusing to assist when my elderly grandmother asked for help when her dentures fell, is insanely unprofessional and disrespectful. If you’re grossed out by your own line of work, quit doing a disservice to people and move jobs. Do not let your family members come here!!!!!! ESPECIALLY elderly and spanish only members."

"If I could give negative stars I would. Awful patient care. They do a half job. If something doesn’t fit right they want to nickel and dime you. They keep billing your insurance even if the final product isn’t complete. Don’t let your loved ones come here."

"There is a reason this area has three star review. We had an appointment at 1 pm. We got there around 11:50 am because we knew we needed to fill out paperwork. They completely forgot about us and informed us that she will be taken in at 1 pm. Other patients arrived (which they were one of the receptionist family members) and they started being called on while we waited patiently at this point an hour and 15 minutes. I went up and ask if there was any issues with her paper work or anything due to not being called. That’s when they realize that they have completely forgotten about us and expected us to wait longer while they had an hour and 30 minutes to complete the process of paper work. They were focus on getting their family members in first before the other patients that been waiting patiently. We left due to them not being apologetic and not acknowledging their wrong doing. Remember if they don’t show best patient care starting from the lobby then don’t expect anything better after that."
